PROJECT MANAGEMT WITH TDC

Thana Design and Construction Ltd provide project management services to clients and contractors on construction sites from small scale project to large scale projects to ensure a project completes safely, on time, within budget and desire quality. 

We monitor and direct contractors’ activities from start to finish. Supervise and provide technical supports to contractors and sub-contractors throughout the construction stage until final hand over of the project

As a project manager our team provide following duties to our clients

  • Ensure all the construction works are carrying out in a safe manner and meet the specifiedrequirements in terms of quality, cost, and timescale.
  • Monitor all the staffs working under our supervision like mangers, engineers, foremen etc and Liaise with Architects, Designers, Building Control and the client to run the project smoothly
  • Ensure that various elements of construction parts are completed on programme.
  • Providing health & safety and progress update in the weekly construction team meeting.
  • Coordinate between QS and subcontractors, highlighting area of key milestone and potential cost/time saving.

OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SECTORS

  • Provide construction strategy, pre-commencement documents and construction programme. ( Construction Management Phase Plan, Method statement & Risk assessment, Environment Phase Plan and Fire risk assessment)
  • Determine the resources (manpower, materials, and plants) with attention to budget limitations.
  • Hold weekly progress meeting with site team and report to construction directors on progress against programme.
  • Maintained effective communication with support teams to request and organize deliveries of equipment and materials.
  • Ensure adherence to all health safety and environment standard and report any issues.
  • Working with Quantity Surveyors on valuation and site instructions.
  • Mange all site the temporary works as all our project managers have temporary work coordinate qualification
